Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Predrop (the “Service”), a product built by Magna Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Predrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Predrop is a pre-publish coaching tool for Instagram creators. It reads your own Instagram content and insights to produce scores, ideas, insights, and audience simulations to help you understand how a draft may perform before you publish it. Predrop is currently offered as a beta service and is provided on an “as-is” basis; features may change, and the Service may be unavailable at times.

2. Eligibility

To use Predrop, you must be able to form a binding contract, meet Instagram’s minimum age requirement, and have an Instagram professional (Business or Creator) account that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with Instagram’s and Meta’s terms and policies when you use the Service.

3. Your account

Predrop uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connecting Instagram

When you connect Instagram, you grant Predrop read-only access to your own account so we can provide the Service. Predrop does not post, comment, or send messages on your behalf. You may disconnect Instagram or delete your account at any time, as described in our Data Deletion instructions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any account other than one you own or are authorized to manage;
  • violate Instagram’s or Meta’s terms and policies, or any applicable law;
  • attempt to access data that is not yours, or interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where permitted by law;
  • submit content you do not have the right to submit, or content that is unlawful or infringing.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit for analysis and for your decisions about what to publish.

6. Predictions are estimates

Predrop’s scores, ideas, insights, and simulations are estimates generated by automated models. They are provided for guidance only. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any prediction, and we do not guarantee any particular result or performance from following them. You are responsible for your own content and outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Magna Collective and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content and data solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

Predrop relies on third-party services — including Instagram and Meta, Apple (Sign in with Apple), Google Firebase, and DeepSeek — to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magna Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the app. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction — to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in that jurisdiction.
